Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 28, 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through JumpStartFirstWords.com or GrowthSpurt.org (collectively, the “Sites”) and is incorporated by reference into the Sites’ Terms of Use. By purchasing or accessing digital products, courses, memberships, or coaching programs from the Sites, you agree to this Policy.

1. Digital Courses & eBooks — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a digital course or eBook, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date for any reason. After 30 days, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

1.1 How to Request a Refund

Email help@jumpstartfirstwords.com or help@growthspurt.org with:

  1. Your full name and the email used at checkout;

  2. The order number or receipt;

  3. The product title;

  4. (Optional) a brief reason for the refund (helps us improve).

Upon approval, we will disable your access to the digital product.

2. Coaching Programs & Memberships

Refunds for coaching programs, group coaching, masterminds, and recurring memberships follow the specific terms shown on the relevant sales page, checkout and/or your confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • One-time coaching fees are non-refundable once the first live or recorded session has taken place.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period; you may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period (see Section 4 of the Terms of Use).

3. EU / UK Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content that has not been downloaded or accessed. By downloading or streaming digital content within this 14-day period, you expressly waive this right. This statutory right exists in addition to the 30-day guarantee above.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days (or as required by law). Processing times may vary based on your financial institution. All refunds are issued in the same currency as the original transaction; exchange-rate differences are not reimbursed.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to contest unjustified chargebacks and to terminate accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive refund requests.

6. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Sites and take effect on the “Effective Date” indicated above.
